Weekly Seed Sourcing

The Seed Sourcing Missions are a weekly mission that can be completed once a week for the duration of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event in Star Wars the Old Republic.
Each week of the event has a different Seed Sourcing mission, if you miss one you will have to wait until next year to play it again.

Week 1 included the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Nar Shaddaa Mission
Week 2 included the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha Mission
Week 3 included the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: ? Mission
Week 4 included the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: ? Mission

This guide will show you all of the possible Seed Sourcing mission locations as well as detailed pictures the locations.
Once a Seed Sourcing mission has been completed, it will then unlock the [Weekly] Cultivation mission that week. Each week you will need to complete that weeks special Seed Sourcing mission before you can play the Cultivation mission.

Seed Sourcing: Nar Shaddaa

The [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Nar Shaddaa mission was available during the first week of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event in SWTOR.

Travel to Nar Shaddaa and go to the Lower Promenade to begin the Seed Sourcing quest, it will ask you to find the first Seed Inventory Terminal.

Search Local System Database

Once you have arrived on the Lower Promenade, head towards the Southern set of vendors near the Promenade Market.

The Terminal you have to click on is located between two different trader Vendors. It takes a few seconds but the quest will update and tell you to find the second Terminal.

Search System Cluster Database

Travel around the large Golden Statue of Karagga to the North side of the Lower Promenade.

On the North-Side of the traders, you can find a second Terminal to interact with.

You can find this Terminal between Nerub Nebb and Nesket the Crew Skill vendors. Click it and wait several more seconds for the quest to update.

Search Galactic Database

Once the Terminal has finished, head upstairs to the North side of the Upper Promenade on Nar Shaddaa and follow the main pathway West.

Near the GSI Weekly Missions and Rewards lounge is the final Terminal you need to interact with.

Click the Terminal and wait for the Quest to update.

Place Shipment Order

Once the Quest has updated, click the button on your Temporary Hotbar that appears, make sure you remain standing near the Terminal otherwise the Temporary Hotbar may dissappear.

Return to Dantooine

Once you have completed the Upload, return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine and place the seeds inside the Deposit Box at the North-most part of the Farmstead.

Congratulations, you have completed the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Nar Shaddaa mission, you have now unlocked the ability to play the [Weekly] Cultivation quest on the same week. Next week you will have to complete a different Seed Sourcing quest before you can play the Cultivation quest again.

Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha

The [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha mission was available during the second week of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event in SWTOR. Despite being a High Level planet, there is no Combat so it is safe.

Travel to Mek-Sha and go to the Harido Wald Territory to begin the Seed Sourcing quest, it will ask you to find the Harido Wald Shipping Terminal.

Access Harido Wald Shipping Terminal

Once you have arrived at the Harido Wald Territory, head across the bridge to the island on the West-Side.

The Harido Wald Shipping Terminal you have to click on is located right across the bridgen, next to two Wald Gangsters. It takes a few seconds but the quest will update and tell you to find the second Terminal.

Retrieve the Shipment

Head through the passageway to the North of the Shipping Terminal until you find the docks, click on any of the Blue coloured Illicit Agricultural Supply Crates.

It will take a few seconds of searching but you will be locked out of the crate, to access them you need to find a Security Keycard.

Locate Security Key

Turn around and head West along the docks, you can find several Security Keycards as tiny clickable objects.

It does not matter which Security Key you loot, most of them are found on tables, crates and machines directly near Rodian and Harido Wald NPCs.

Once you have looted a Security Key, return to the Illicit Shipping Supply.

Retrieve the Shipment

Once you have a security key, return to any of the Supplies and click to interact with them. After a few seconds you will open the Supplies and Loot the Shipment of Rare Seeds.

Deposit Seeds

Once you have retrieved the Shipment, return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine and place the seeds inside the Deposit Box at the North-most part of the Farmstead.

Congratulations, you have completed the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha mission, you have now unlocked the ability to play the [Weekly] Cultivation quest on the same week. Next week you will have to complete a different Seed Sourcing quest before you can play the Cultivation quest again.

Seed Sourcing: Fleet

The [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Fleet mission was available during the third week of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event in SWTOR.

This quest involves no combat, but will cost 45,000 credits.

Purchase Black Market Seeds

Travel to the Fleet of your Faction and go to the inner-Cantina ring. There you will find the Shady Merchant.

The Shady Merchant may be found on different locations depending on your Faction. He can easily be found by toggling the Show Vendors box on your Map Settings and mousing over all the vendors near the Cantina on Fleet.

Once you have found the Shady Merchant, run up and interact with him to bring up his Vendor window.
He sells all 3 kinds of Seeds for 15,000 credits each, you must buy:
1 Lavagave Bulbs
1 Unguapo Blushcap Pods
1 Y’limerson Dewbell Cuttings

Once you have purchased all 3 items, you will be asked to return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine to deliver the seeds.

Deliver Seeds

Once you have retrieved the Shipment, return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine and place the seeds inside the Deposit Box at the North-most part of the Farmstead.

Congratulations, you have completed the [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha mission, you have now unlocked the ability to play the [Weekly] Cultivation quest on the same week. Next week you will have to complete a different Seed Sourcing quest before you can play the Cultivation quest again.

Seed Sourcing: Dantooine

There are no known details about this quest at this time.

The General Germination Achievement is a mastery achievement related to completing every Seed Recovery mission during the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event.
