FreebirdCreates is a renowned fanartist that has built a large following on sites such as twitter, instagram and tumblr over the years. While they tend to focus more on Warhammer 40,000, for several years they were prominent in the SWTOR scene. You may have noticed art of their Mandalorian, Kote Medrit, online.

Since the release of 7.5.1, a bunch of new NPCs have been added to SWTOR as background decoration across the galaxy that did not exist before!
Kote Medrit, the Mandalorian OC of FreebirdCreates was added as an IRL homage and cameo to the fanartist herself.

If you want to find Kote Medrit and hang out with her in SWTOR, you can find her character at the Shuttle entry to the planet Ruhnuk. Once you have landed on the planet, turn completely around and run towards the entrance ramp of the shuttle and there you can find Kote hanging out, leaning up against the side of the ship!
