Liabilities of Balmorra is a Galactic Seasons objective in SWTOR. You must kill two Imperial and two Republic bosses to complete the Objective. Every Champion can easily be killed as a Solo player using a Healing Companion.
As Balmorra is divided by faction, Imperial players must be at least level 21, Republic players must be at least level 37

Republic Champions
OT-15 Eradicator Droid and Xoltyr N’lson can only be killed by Republic Players. This means that in order to kill both of the Champions you need a Republic character that is at least level 37.
OT-15 Eradicator Droid
OT-15 Eradicator Droid
The OT-15 Eradicator Droid is located in the upper mountains of the Gorinth Canyon, South West of the Troida Military Workshop. You must quick travel or taxi to the Gorinth Outpost and backtrack across the South-West bridge to reach OT-15 Eradicator Droid.
The droid deals some unexpectedly high damage over and over to a single character. If you are playing Solo you may want to bring a Healer companion.

Xoltyr N’lson
Xoltyr N’lson
Xoltyr N’lson can be found in the at the far edge of the Markaran Plains on Balmorra, near where Imperial players would fight the Grandfather. Xoltyr N’lson’s closest quick travel/taxi point is the Markaran Plains Outpost and takes quite a while to reach by mount, keep following the ocean until you reach the last tree to the West of Balmorra and you will find Xoltyr.
If you are playing Solo you should bring a Healer companion.

Imperial Champions
Captain Devsh and Smuggler Phylo Daan can only be killed by Imperial Players. This means that in order to kill both of the Champions you need an Imperial character that is at least level 21.

Captain Devsh can be found underneath a large crashed ship, just East of the taxi point for the Sundari Flatlands. Follow the main yellow road and you will discover them.
If you are playing Solo you may want to bring a Healer companion.

Smuggler Phylo Daan
Smuggler Phylo Daan
Smuggler Phylo Daan is located at the end of a ravine at the far East side of Gorinth Canyon. It is faster to quick travel/taxi to Sundari Flatlands and then backtrack across the North most map bridge to reach Smuggler Phylo Daan.
Smuggler Phylo Daan has a large health pool and medium damage, so if you are playing Solo you may want to bring a Healer companion.
