Overview

Price of Victory is the Second Quest in 3V-1L’s Galactic Season 5 Questchain. It is unlocked at level 15 of the Free Track in the Galactic Seasons Reward window.

There are two paths you can take during the Quest, one involves combat and one does not. Both take you to the same locations anyway so it is your choice as both paths take roughly the same amount of time.

If you haven’t played the First Quest ‘Dark Tidings’ in 3V-1L’s Questchain yet, I suggest doing so first.

Price of Victory Quest

Once you have claimed the Price of Victory Season Reward into your character’s inventory, right click the inventory item to start the Quest. You will be asked to talk to 3V-1L.

On both the Republic and Imperial Fleet, 3V-1L in the Top-Right of the Fleet.
It does not matter which Dialogue Options you choose, all of them will result in starting the Price of Victory Quest anyway.

Once the Conversation finishes, the quest will update and tell you to go to the Hangar. Keep walking away from 3V-1L until you recieve a Holocall.

There are two choices you can make while on the Holocall, you can choose to [Spare 3V-1L’s targets] or [Kill 3V-1L’s targets].

If you choose to Kill 3V-1L’s Targets, you will have to fight a level 15 enemy on Rishi, Nar Shaddaa and Mek-Sha.
If you choose to Spare 3V-1L’s Targets, you only have to loot an item next to each level 15 enemy.
I suggest choosing the [Spare] option as it is faster.

Rishi Locations

Spare Targets

To find the License, you must first go to the Raider’s Cove Cantina on Rishi. Outside on the boardwalk to the West of the Cantina are Washed-up Spaceflight Instructors.
Loot any backpack that is on the floor next to a Washed-up Spaceflight Instructor to loot the License.
Once you have the License, travel to Nar Shaddaa.

Kill Targets

To find the License, you must first go to the Raider’s Cove Cantina on Rishi. Outside on the boardwalk to the West of the Cantina are level 15 Washed-up Spaceflight Instructors.

Kill any Washed-up Spaceflight Instructor (level 15) and loot the Expired Spaceflight License.
Once you have the License, travel to Nar Shaddaa.

Nar Shaddaa Locations

Spare Targets

To find the Blaster, you must first go to the Lower Promenade on Nar Shaddaa. There are two locations where you can loot Blasters.
Loot any Blaster that is on the table near the Street Skifter Rookie to loot the Street Skifter Blaster.
Once you have the Blaster, travel to Mek-Sha.

Kill Targets

To find the Blaster, you must first go to the Lower Promenade on Nar Shaddaa. There are two locations where you can find level 15 Street Skifter Rookies.

Kill any Street Skifter Rookie (level 15) and loot the Street Skifter Blaster.
Once you have the Blaster, travel to Mek-Sha.

Mek-Sha Locations

Spare Targets

To find the Slugfall Uniform, you must first go to the Slugfall Cantina on Mek-Sha. You can only loot the uniform inside the Cantina.
Loot any large blue container that are found nearby the Bar Counter’s to loot the Slugfall Uniform.
Once you have the Uniform, travel back to the Fleet and find 3V-1L.

Kill Targets

To find the Slugfall Uniform, you must first go to the Slugfall Cantina on Mek-Sha. There are three locations where you can find level 15 Bad-mannered Bartenders.

Kill any Bad-Mannered Bartender (level 15) and loot the Slugfall Uniform.
Once you have the Uniform, travel back to the Fleet and find 3V-1L.

Return to Fleet

Once you have looted the item on Mek-Sha, return to 3V-1L on the Fleet to turn in the items and collect your Reward!

Congratulations, you have completed the Price of Victory Quest in SWTOR!
The final Quest is Chains of Freedom and is unlocked at level 40 in the Free to Play Rewards track of Galactic Season 5.
