The two best Combat Styles to represent the NPCs are Assassin and Marauder. The player character in the screenshots is using the Red dualsaber, standing next to the NPCs for easy comparison.

Remnant Underworld Inquisitor’s Helmet ^(Odessen Heroic Boxes). Unify Colors.
Body
Eidolon’s Chestpiece. (Cartel Market/GTN)
Primary Deep Red and Secondary Black Dye Module (Cartel Market/GTN)
Wrists
Vrook Lamar’s Bracers. Do not Unify Colors.
Hands
Vrook Lamar’s Gloves or Overwatch Sentry Gloves. Unify Colors
Overwatch Sentry is the Correct Gloves however it has attached Bracers you cannot remove. Vrook Lamar’s is next cheapest alternative.
Belt
Jedi Strategist’s Belt. Unify Colors.
Pants
Eidolon Greaves.
Primary Black Dye Module ^(Cartel Bazaar Reputation Vendor Fleet)
Boots
Revanite Champion Boots. Do Not Unify Colors.
Weapons
Any Double Bladed or Single Lightsaber
