Burc’ya Vaal Burk’yc Quest
Once you have started the Basilisk Venture mission, you will automatically start the Burc’ya Vaal Burk’yc Quest. Once you finish the initial holocall, you need to go to Lane Vizla’s Lab on Ruhnuk, which can be found on the upstairs level of the base.
Once you find the elevator doorway, enter the Lab and speak to Lane Vizla.
Lane Vizla Ruhnuk Location

Lane Vizla’s Lab has 4 distinct locations:
- Lane Vizla is next to the Research Turn-In Computer.
- A Memory Chip machine at the back of the room.
- Bessi the Basilisk at the north of the room.
- A droid vendor offering rng Basilisk modules in exchange for currency
Do not worry about the droid vendor at this time as it will not be relevant to the quest. Speak to Lane and she will tell you the functions of each item within her Lab.
You can return to the Memory Chip Machine once per day, per server to get 1 free Memory Chip to temporarily summon Bessi.
Pick Up Basilisk Prototype
Once you are done speaking to Lane, she will give you a free Memory Chip to use on Bessi. Go over to Bessi on the north end of the room and speak to her.

You will be given 2 options, Pet Bessi or Take her out for training, we want to select Option 2: Take her out for Training.
Once you do this, Bessi will immediately spawn as a Temporary Companion with a 1 Hour Timer. Bessi will give you a pack of Training Module missions in your inventory you can use to progress the Quest.
Before starting any missions, for the Burc’ya Vaal Burk’yc quest I suggest setting her Companion Role to Heal first, then consuming the Support (Heal) Training Module.
Complete Ruhnuk Missions

Go out to the Mission Board on Ruhnuk and pick 2 Daily Quests, you must complete both of these quests while Bessi is alive, as your active companion and before the 1 Hour time limit expires.
This should be fairly easy.
Make sure to ONLY complete ONE of the Training Modules you were given in the Spec of your choice, for this Guide I chose Support (Heal) Module as it is the fastest and easiest Training Module to complete.
If at any point Bessi dies in combat, you can summon her again as normal. She will only despawn permanently and cause the mission to fail if the 1 Hour timer runs out.
Return to Lane Vizla
Once you have completed both of your chosen Ruhnuk daily missions, return to Lane Vizla in the Lab and speak with her again.

Lane Vizla can be found next to the Research Turn-In Computer. Upon completion she will give you a Collected Research packet as a reward in your inventory. Open your inventory and use the Collected Research packet.

Collected Research
Once you have opened the Collected Research, you will be given a bunch of Basilisk Prototype Venture Currency. This currency has weekly earning limits but is Legacy Bound, meaning it is shared between all of your characters.

Once you have opened the Research Packet, you should have been given enough currency to help Repair Bessi and progress both the Quest and your Venture.
Repair Basilisk
Go to the Research Computer next to Lane Vizla and right-click to interact with it. A cutscene will open and ask what part of the Basilisk you wish to Repair. Repairing any module costs Basilisk Venture Currency.
If you chose to do the Support (Heal) Module for the Ruhnuk Dailies, select Report Support Systems.
If you chose to do the Defense (Tank) Module for the Ruhnuk Dailies, select Report Defense Systems.
If you chose to do the Combat (DPS) Module for the Ruhnuk Dailies, select Report Combat Systems.

Make sure to only select the one you chose to complete for the Ruhnuk Dailies during the Quest, ignore the other 2 as you can do them later on your own.
Once you have chosen which Module to Repair, complete the Dialogue then return to Lane Vizla to complete the Quest.
Congratulations you have finished the Burc’ya Vaal Burk’yc Quest to unlock the Basilisk Prototype Venture.
