What is the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival Event?

The Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival is a Seasonal event in Star Wars the Old Republic. The Dantooine Spring Event is centered around social activities such as Farming, Baking Pies, Fishing and rescuing Animals. It takes place at the Blba Groves of Dantooine, a special non-combat area made specifically for the Event.

The Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival Event starts on the 29th of May 2024 and will end on the 25th of June 2024. This event is scheduled to only appear once a year, this means the next Dantooine Spring Event will begin around May of 2025.

How to Start the Dantooine Spring Event

To start the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event, your character must be at least Level 15+ and have your Character Ship (Requires completion of Coruscant or Dromund Kaas class story).

Once you are ready to begin the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival, you must begin it’s introductory Story Mission by interacting with the News Terminal on the Fleet.

Story Quests

Once you start the Mission on the Fleet, you must travel to the Blba Groves on Dantooine (requires a character ship) and complete 3 small Missions before you can start playing the Event. Each of the 3 Missions take around 5 minutes to complete.

Spring Abundance Festival Quest Guide

A comprehensive Guide for all Story Quests in the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival in SWTOR.

An Agricultural Opportunity is the fastest and first of three Story Missions that is necessary to unlock the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival Event.

Once you arrive at the Blba Groves, locate Ubog Ozo at the Farm ontop of the nearby hill and the Mission will complete.

A Real Fixer-Upper is the second of three Story Missions that is necessary to unlock the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival Event. Combat is mandatory so make sure you bring a companion.

Once you have talked to Ubog Ozo, follow the path North and cross the river until you find the Farmstead. Stand inside the red and black clouds that are on the Ground and click the ability that appears in your Temporary Hotbar.

Once you have found all of the Disturbances, you will have to enter 3 different areas of the Farm that are behind Story Phase instances.
You will be asked to Investigate the Fields, Investigate the Pond, Investigate the Pens. Enter each Phase and kill all of the Corrupted Beasts, including the Champion bosses.

Return to Ubog Ozo after you have killed all of the Champion Beasts in all 3 locations and the Mission will complete.

A Real Fixer-Upper is the final necessary Story Mission to unlock the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival Event. Combat is mandatory so make sure you bring a companion.

Once you have talked to Ubog Ozo, use the computer next to the Shuttle at the Blba Groves and travel to regular Dantooine.

Locate the crashed speeder in the center of Dantooine near a large tree. When you arrive, click on the Speeder and the Mission will ask you to loot some boxes and then travel to Tatooine.

The Republic Supply Shipment can be found upstairs at the Marketplace at Anchorhead.

Once you go upstairs, scan the closest set of boxes to the Cantina bar, near the Specialty Goods Vendor.

Once you have scanned the correct box in the group of Supply Shipments, return to Ubog Ozo at the Blba Groves on Dantooine and speak to him.

Supply Shipment can be found at the North-end of the Mos Ila Market, the furthest set of boxes away from the Spaceport and quest radials.

Once you locate the Supply boxes at the end of the Mos Ila Market, scan the furthest away group of boxes between a group of civilians and the door to a house.

Once you have scanned the correct box in the group of Supply Shipments, return to Ubog Ozo at the Blba Groves on Dantooine and speak to him.

After speaking to Ubog Ozo, it is time to Repair the Dantooine Farm. Head back across the river to the North most farmstead and repair the devices, generators and droids.

Once you have repaired all of the droids, you will get a call from Juna Helos. Players might remember her as a character involved in the Copero Stronghold story quests.

It does not matter whether you tell Juna Helos the truth, lie, or choose to not tell her anything. Either way the quest will update and will complete after you talk to Ubog Ozo a final time.

Home on the Strange is the third and final quest in the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival storyline. Home on the Strange is a quick quest which takes you around the Farmstead killing hostile enemies. Combat is mandatory so make sure you bring a companion.

Minimum level 15+ to not die in 1 hit to enemies.

This Quest is only playable on the Third and Fourth week of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event. To start the Mission, use the Daily Area computer terminal at the Blba Groves and pick up the quest.

Once you have arrived at the Blba Groves after picking up Home on the Strange, follow the road to the Farmstead across the north river and pick up the Holocall.

Once you get close enough, the phase entrance will turn Green and you can go inside the phase.

Once you have entered the Cave, wait for the rocks to load in and cover the pathway. Standing infront of them will make your Temporary Hotbar appear.

Once the Temporary Hotbar appears, click the Investigate button and wait 13 seconds. Your character will uncover how the cave-in occured and search for clues.

After the ability has been completely used, you will need to go outside and find the source of the explosives.

Exit the Cave and look immediately on the upper rocks to the South. Find the two explosive barrels and click on the one standing upright to loot it. Once you have looted it, return to the Cave and click on the Rock Wall that you just investigated.

After you plant the Explosives on the rock wall, it will explode after a few seconds. Walk further into the cave and prepare for combat.

There will be several waves of Corrupted Beast enemies you need to kill inside the cave.

Once you have killed all of the Corrupted Beasts, head further into the Cave towards the North until the Relic Guardian breaks through a wall and attacks you.

The Relic Guardian should be an easy fight with a Companion set to Heal. At level 80 it only has 520,000 health and does very little damage.

Once you have defeated the Relic Guardian, walk into the large chamber behind it and answer the call from Juna Helos.

It does not matter what responses you give to Juna Helos about the cave and the relic you uncover, you will be able to choose for yourself later.

Approach the Sith Relic and click on it. You will be given 3 choices;
Destroy the Sith Relic.
Let Juna Helos study the Relic.
Take the Relic out and put it on your Farm.

It does not matter which option you pick so choose the option you like best, the quest will end the same way no matter what.

Return to Ubog Ozo a final time, you will be given 3 options here as well;
Forgive Ubog Ozo.
Warn Ubog Ozo.
Tell Ubog Ozo to leave and never return.

Regardless of your choice, the quest will finish, ending the story of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival and unlocking the Restored Prestige achievement.

Congratulations on finishing the storyline for the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival.

Event Quests

Complete Daily and Weekly Quests reward each of your characters with Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons. The Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons are used to purchase and unlock Rewards from the Spring Abundance Token Vendor.

Completing every Daily, Weekly and the 3 introductory Spring Event Missions rewards you with roughly 1,800 Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons. Your Legacy can only hold a maximum of 10,000 Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons.

There are 3 Daily Quests you can complete once a day, per character.

Each Daily Quest awards you 50 Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons to spend on rewards.

The Festive Footwork mission is a fun quest that involves no combat and takes place at the Blba Groves. To complete this Mission, go to the Blba Groves on Dantooine and stand on the large circle around the Holo-Pole in the middle of the food market.

When the Temporary Hotbar appears, click the Dance button and wait approximately 2 minutes until your character gets tired of Dancing.

The Patissier for a Day mission is a Pie baking quest, where you can choose which pie to bake and serve to other players to eat.

Once you have chosen a Pie, follow the questmarker instructions to gather the correct ingredients. When you have found all the ingredients you need from the Pantry, cook the pie and place it in the oven.

Remove the Pie from the oven before you leave the Kitchen and place it on the Tables outside. You or other players can then eat the Pie.

The Zap-A-Fish mission is an arcade claw machine style Minigame where you control a Droid to catch 15 Fish in a Pond at the Blba Groves on Dantooine.

Use the Directional Arrows on your Temporary Hotbar to move the Probe Droid: Down, Up, Left and Right. Use the Zap (Slot 5) ability to catch a Fish.
Large circles dissappear the Fastest, and contain Large sized Fish.
Medium circles stay around for a while, and contain Medium sized Fish.
Small circles take a long time to dissappear, and contain Small sized Fish.

It does not matter which circles you Zap, as long as you catch 15 fish to Complete the Daily Mission.
Different types of Fish can be caught from the different sized Circles.

There are 5 types of Weekly Quests you can complete once per week, per character.

Each Daily Quest awards you 400 Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons to spend on rewards.

The Creature Rehabilitation mission involves travelling to Rishi, Hoth and Alderaan to rescue sick animals and rehabilitate them at the Blba Groves on Dantooine.

Follow the Quest marker specifically and travel to Rishi, Hoth and Alderaan to rescue an Orobird, Tawn Fawn and Nerf Calf. Once you have rescued one of each, take them back to the Farm at the Blba Groves on Dantooine and follow the quest to rehabilitate them.

While you are in the animal pens, you have the ability to Pet each of the animals as many times as you would like.

The Egg Hunt Mission is a weekly quest where every week, 2 different locations are chosen and players must search the galaxy to find 5 eggs and return them to the Blba Groves on Dantooine.

Spring Event Weekly Egg Hunt Quest Guide

The Juran Mountains on Alderaan contain many level 30+ Killik enemies close to Eggs, so be careful.

Eggs at the Juran Mountains on Alderaan are most commonly found along the stone cliffs, around the Killik Hives, as well as inside dead bushes and behind fallen trees.

There are many Egg spawns at the King’s Pass on Alderaan. There are only a few hostile creatures in the area so most eggs can be safely collected by players of any level.

Eggs at the King’s Pass on Alderaan are most commonly found behind stone cliffs in the snow, inside bushes, behind trees or inside craters.

The Sanctuary on Makeb contain many level 50 enemies close to Eggs, so be careful.

Eggs at the Sanctuary on Makeb are most commonly found inside bushes, behind computers, as well as next to the lightbridges and on mesas between footpaths.

There are many hostile mobs of level 50-55 at Talaos City on Makeb. There are also only a few Egg Spawns near hostile enemies so combat is guaranteed.

Eggs at Talaos City on Makeb are most commonly found on the sides of staircases, on doorways, underneath rubble and inside fountains and pools.

This location has not appeared as a possible Egg Hunt yet.

There are many Egg spawns at the Untamed Territory on Onderon. There are many hostile enemies in the area so be careful as enemies are level 75.

Eggs at the Untamed Territory on Onderon are most commonly found around ruins, underneath large trees and under large bushes and tall grass near the dirt paths. It is common here for multiple eggs to spawn next to each other.

There are many Egg spawns at Raider’s Cove on Rishi. There are no enemies in the area so it is very safe to loot the Eggs.

Eggs at the Raider’s Cove on Onderon are most commonly found along the stone walls, in the water or behind crates around the boardwalk, in the plants and bushes around the Cantina building.

There are many Egg spawns at Village on Rishi. There are no enemies in the area so it is very safe to loot the Eggs. Some Eggs may require jumping/parkour to reach as they can be located ontop of hills/mountains or ontop of the roofs of huts.

Eggs at the Rishi Village on Rishi are most commonly found behind trees, inside bushes or underneath or ontop of huts across the village.

There are many Egg spawns at the Training Grounds on Yavin 4. There are many hostile enemies in the area so be careful as enemies are level 60.

Eggs at the Training Grounds on Yavin are most commonly found around the large temple in the middle of the map: on the sides of staircases, in the corners of the walls or inside the tents.
Outside of the large temple: Eggs can be found underneath trees, along the rocks, or the large stone wall to the East.

This location has not appeared as a possible Egg Hunt yet.

This mission involves no combat and takes place at the Blba Groves. To complete this Mission, go to the Food Tables near Ubog Ozo and eat one pie from each table.

If there are no pies on a table, you will either have to Bake and eat the pie yourself, or come back later to see if any other players have baked any.

The Seed Sourcing Weekly mission is a once-per week quest, there are 4 different [Weekly] Seed Sourcing missions, a different mission will appear each week of the event. This means that if you miss one of these missions during the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event, you will have to wait until the next event in order to unlock it.

Travel to Nar Shaddaa and go to the Lower Promenade to begin the Seed Sourcing quest, it will ask you to find two Seed Terminals. Yo can find both near Crew Skill Vendors on the Lower Promenade.

Once you have used both Terminals on the Lower Promenade, take the staircase up to the Upper Promenade and use the third Terminal to the far-West.

Once you have used the Terminal, place a Shipment using the button that appears on your Temporary Hotbar. Return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine to turn the Quest in.

The [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Mek-Sha mission was available during the second week of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event in SWTOR. Despite being a High Level planet, there is no Combat so it is safe.

Travel to Mek-Sha and go to the Harido Wald Territory to begin the Seed Sourcing quest, it will ask you to find the Harido Wald Shipping Terminal.

Once you have used the Terminal, find the Supply containers and click on them, it will ask you to then find a Keycard.

Return to the Supply Containers and loot them now you have the keycard. Return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine to turn the Quest in.

The [Weekly] Seed Sourcing: Fleet mission was available during the third week of the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event in SWTOR.

This quest involves no combat, but will cost 45,000 credits.

Once you have found the Shady Merchant, run up and interact with him to bring up his Vendor window.
He sells all 3 kinds of Seeds for 15,000 credits each, you must buy:
1 Lavagave Bulbs
1 Unguapo Blushcap Pods
1 Y’limerson Dewbell Cuttings

Once you have purchased all 3 items, you will be asked to return to the Blba Groves on Dantooine to deliver the seeds.

This mission has not yet appeared in the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival in SWTOR.

The Weekly Cultivation mission requires completion of the Weekly Seed Sourcing in the same week. Once you have completed the Seed Sourcing Mission you will be able to Cultivate the seeds.

Start by entering the Farmhouse at the North of the Blba Groves and use the computer to turn into a Farming Droids.

Once you are inside the Farm, follow the Questmarker to Plant, Water and Grow your seeds.
After you set your droid to recharge, your Farm will be attacked by Hostile Creatures.

Use the Gas Cloud (Slot 1) ability to kill the Flying Creatures.
Use the Laser (Slot 2) ability to kill the Lizards.
Use the Fire (Slot 3) ability AOE to kill the Vine Tentacles.

There are many rewards you can unlock from the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival, every reward is Bound to Character. The Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival Ribbon currency is Legacy-wide, meaning that currency earned on one character can be spent on another.

Each reward costs Spring Abundance Festival Ribbons, which can be earned from completing Event Dailies, Weeklies or as rare loot from killing random mobs in the Open World.

Story Achievements

Restored Prestige: Complete the story for Blba Groves.

This achievement is not immediately available at the start of the event. Every week the event runs, the new Story Mission could become available, similar to the Feast of Prosperity.
This means you have to return to the event every week to check when the final Quest becomes available.

The General Germination Achievement is a mastery achievement related to completing every Seed Recovery mission during the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event.
General Germination: Earn all Seed Recovery achievements.

Secret Achievements

The Master Patissier secret achievement will automatically unlock when you have baked each kind of dish 7 times.

Requires completion of the following achievements to unlock:
Deepwater Connoisseur achievement
Ka-Olive Connoisseur achievement
Spore Tart Connoisseur achievement
Threeberry Connoisseur achievement

The Now Where Did I Put That? secret achievement unlocks if you pick up every single ingredient in the pantry before you start cooking your chosen dish during the [Daily] Patissier for a Day mission.
Make sure you leave at least one of the required ingredients for last so that you do not progress the quest!

To unlock the Pastry Perfection secret achievement, make sure to only use the correct ingredients and perfectly cook your dish. Once you arrive outside, place your dish on the table and then eat it.
As Pie luck is RNG based, theres a possibility the achievement will not appear and you may need to continue eating pies.

Pet a rehabilitated creature during the [Weekly] Creature Rehabilitation Mission with a character with an Alignment of Lightside 5.

Pet a rehabilitated creature during the [Weekly] Creature Rehabilitation Mission with a character with an Alignment of Darkside 5.

Showed your rehabilitation creatures love by giving them lots of pets. You can complete this achievement quickly by spamming the Pet button on your rehabilitated creature until you get the acheivement.
Requirements: Pet any creature 25 times.

Dance at the Holo-Ribbon Pole 10 times. You will get this secret achievement automatically if you do the [Daily] Festive Footwork Mission 10 times during the Event on a character.
You do not have to be on the Festive Footwork daily mission to complete this achievement, you can stand at the Holo-Ribbon Pole and dance 10 times in a row if you want to unlock the secret achievement quickly.

To unlock the Propagating Chaos secret achievement, you need to be attacked and attack your Groupmember while playing the Cultivation mission. Some players report this achievement not activating unless you have killed several creatures (but not all of them) and then attacking each other on the farmland near the creature spawns.

Requirements: Experience Aggression 10 times as a Cultivation Droid, Express Aggression 10 times as a Cultivation droid.
The easiest way to unlock this achievement is to stand with your group member inside the Cultivation daily mission and spam the attack button on each other until you both get the achievement.

Catch an ultra-rare Void Drifter fish (gold quality fish).

The rarest achievement in the Dantooine Spring Event, you have to play the Zap-A-Fish daily mission under a very specific set of time limited circumstances.

Pick up the Missions: Zap-a-Fish and fish only LARGE Circles.
If you do not get the Fish in the 15 circle tries. Exit the phase, open your mission log and reset the mission. You can do this up to 25 times a day, per character. Meaning each character has 25 tries a day to get the Void Drifter.

The easiest secret achievement to unlock as it requires no quests or story unlocks. Travel behind the Farmhouse at the Blba Groves event location and jump in the well located between the trees.
