There are many Personnel and NPC decorations for your Stronghold that have multiple appearances. Some of these decorations change the appearance of the person, while others change the emote that is used by the NPC.

You can place down the same decoration multiple times to see each of the different appearances a decoration might have. Every player in your stronghold will see a different appearance and every time you go to a stronghold the appearance will change!
