The Voss and Gormak found throughout the Interpreter’s Retreat on Voss have unique dialogue that changes based on your progress in the Old Wounds Storyline and Quests as well as the Shrine of Silence flashpoint.
Not only that, but the world itself changes in some locations (for you) as you interact with various Quest objects around the planet, that remain permanently changed on your characters that participated in them.

The four most obvious Dialogue changes are to that of the ambient Voss found in the City near the Mission Board.
Upon arriving and starting the Old Wounds story, the Voss will remark that the town is in trouble and that the alliance between Gormak and Voss is strained and that things are failing.
When completing part of the main story, these same Voss will now begin to toast their newfound alliance and believe things to be improving.
The Third change occurs once you have repaired the Voss water sculpture to the West of the Voss Wilds, whereas completing the Quest from the Mission Board will change the Voss to begin chatting about how happy they are that the fountain flows water once more. But they are worried that Warriors and scouts have gone missing in the Shrine of Silence
The fourth major change happens once you have completed the Shrine of Silence flashpoint as well as the entire Old Wounds storyline, where the citizens of Voss City will now remark that they eagerly await the words of the Three of Voss before furthering their perspectives on the Shrine of Silence and what occurs there.

There are also a small number of changes that occur in the Open World of the planet as you complete Quests as well as some Achievements!
Firstly, the Voss Fountain begins flowing with fresh water instead of being destroyed when you complete the relevant Quest from the Mission Board in the city.
Secondly, the Shrine in the centre of Town will be repaired with its books and bright green crystal permanently once you have completed the relevant Quest from the Mission Board in the city.
Finally, completion of the secret Rest and Restoration achievement will place down a dinnerset and picnic rug permanently in the place where you chose to finish the achievement on the character that earned it.
