All 3 Contemplation Achievement Location Guides in the Voss: Interpreter’s Retreat Zone in SWTOR.
There are 3 Contemplation Locations that you can find in the new Voss: Interpreters Retreat Zone in SWTOR in Game Update 7.3! Make sure you have your Temporary Hotbar (Huttball/Heroic Moment Bar) enabled before starting as you need it to complete all 3 of the Achievements.
The achievements are called:
Contemplation: Silence
Contemplation: Focus
Contemplation: Illumination
Completing all 3 Contemplation Achievements rewards you with the Legacy Title: Contemplative.

Location Maps
You can use these 2 maps to quickly find all 3 Contemplation Achievement Locations. 2 are in the Open World and one is inside the Shrine of Contemplation on the West-side of the Map.
Contemplation: Silence
The first Voss Contemplation is the easiest to find. Stand still on the staircase to the Flashpoint Entrance and the Temporary Ability Bar will appear with a Contemplate Skill.
Once you have clicked the Skill, wait the 13.9 second Channel without moving or being interrupted (attacked), and you will unlock the Contemplation: Silence Achievement!
Contemplation: Focus
The second Voss Contemplation can be found to the South of the Shrine of Contemplation. Stand still under the Waterfall and the Temporary Ability Bar will appear with a Contemplate Skill.
Once you have clicked the Skill, wait the 13.9 second Channel without moving or being interrupted (attacked), and you will unlock the Contemplation: Focus Achievement!
Contemplation: Illumination
The third Voss Contemplation can be found inside the Shrine of Contemplation. Walk up to the Flame in the North-West most Chamber in the Shrine and the Temporary Ability Bar will appear with a Contemplate Skill.
Once you have clicked the Skill, wait the 13.9 second Channel without moving or being interrupted (attacked), and you will unlock the Contemplation: Illumination Achievement!
Contemplation Mastery
You can complete the Achievements in any order or on any character. Once you have completed all 3 you will earn the Achievement Contemplation: Mastery.
Once the Achievement Unlocks, you will be rewarded with the Legacy Title: Contemplative for use on all your characters.
