SWTOR HK-51 Parts Locations Guide

Where to find every HK-51 Component in Star Wars the Old Republic during HK-51’s Companion questline.

HK-51 is a unique Droid Companion in Star Wars the Old Republic that can be unlocked for free by completing the Story Quest for the Section X daily area. Once you start HK-51’s Story quest and complete the Theoretika quest, you will be asked to traverse the galaxy across many planets and locate missing Components to build your own HK-51 Companion.

This guide is specifically tailor made to show you how to quickly locate every HK-51 Component across the game. This is not a complete HK-51 Companion or Unlock guide.

If you wish to see HK-51’s Companion performance, please refer to this guide instead:

Once you have completed the Theoretika, you will be given the quest [Heroic 2+] Directive: Activate Assassination Protocols. You will be asked to find the following pieces:

You will also be given a special item in your inventory, the Burba Seismic Excavator/Scanner. This item is necessary to recover 5 of the 7 HK Parts. Do not worry if you lose your Burba Scanner, as you can purchase additional copies from Kezzit on Tatooine.
