The CZ-198 Codex Entry can be found very easily in SWTOR from the spawn point of your Faction’s landing pad on CZ-198.
Unlike most other Codex Entries in SWTOR, the CZ-198 Location Codex is hidden until you manually uncover it using Macrobinoculars. Both the Macrobinocular Storyline Quest Item and Macrobinocular Skill works in uncovering the Codex Entry.

To locate the CZ-198 Codex Entry, stand on the corner of the Landing Platform between the bridge to the Daily Area and the Bridge to the Rewards/Flashpoint Hub. Staring directly forward you should see two large Office Towers in the distance.
Use your Macrobinoculars from your Mission Items tab of Inventory or your Hotbar/Skill Window and aim for the small Bridge connecting both of the two Office Towers in the distance. Despite the building flashing blue and being “not scannable”, your Macrobinocular will discover the Codex Entry in a matter of seconds!

This is the only way to unlock the hidden Locations: CZ-198 Codex Entry in SWTOR, and must be done manually on every character as it is not a Legacy Wide codex entry.

In its heyday, Czerka Corporation bought up all the land it could manage–including entire moons. While some of these moons were purchased to exploit their abundant mineral deposits, most were turned into massive warehouses for excess manufacturing parts and inventory. One such storage facility was designated CZ-198.

Czerka Special Executive Rasmus Blys, thrilled with its remote locale, handpicked CZ-198 to become home to his new research projects. Over the years that followed, CZ-198 grew into a major profit center for Czerka, developing and manufacturing cutting-edge droids and weapons. Due to the facility’s top-secret nature, it is unclear whether Czerka’s executive board was aware that CZ-198’s Green Habitat Zone biomes were built for Blys’ ultimate goal: to gauge the effects of foreign environments on creatures and beings that have been forcibly mutated and enhanced into weapons of war.
