Liabilities of Taris is a Galactic Seasons objective in SWTOR. You must kill two Imperial and two Republic bosses to complete the Objective. Every Champion can easily be killed as a Solo player using a Healing Companion.
As Taris is divided by faction, Imperial players must be at least level 32, Republic players must be at least level 15.

Republic Champions
Jiinan E’ron and Urlos Du’Ram can only be killed by Republic Players. This means that in order to kill both of the Champions you need a Republic character that is at least level 15.

Jiinan E’ron is located to the North of the Olaris Spaceport, it is quite a long distance to reach the boss but involves following the dotted road until you find him.
He deals some unexpectedly high damage over and over to a single character. If you are playing Solo you may want to bring a Healer companion.

Urlos Du’Ram
Urlos Du’Ram
Urlos Du’Ram can be found to the South of both Lytle Outpost and Brejik’s Run Outpost on Taris. Urlos Du’Ram is at the very bottom of the Tularan Marsh between both of the Quicktravel points.
If you are playing Solo you should bring a Healer companion.

Imperial Champions
Maltok and Reclamation Forerunner can only be killed by Imperial Players. This means that in order to kill both of the Champions you need an Imperial character that is at least level 32.

Maltok can be found behind a wall, just West of the quicktravel/taxi point for the Tower Command Station. Follow the dotted yellow road and you will discover them.
If you are playing Solo you may want to bring a Healer companion.

Reclamation Forerunner
Reclamation Forerunner
The Reclamation Forerunner is a large droid located at the end of a pathway at the far South East side of The Brell Sediment. It is faster to quick travel/taxi to the Border Patrol Outpost and then backtrack Southwards to reach the Reclamation Forerunner.
Reclamation Forerunner has a large health pool and medium damage, so if you are playing Solo you may want to bring a Healer companion.
