During the Rakghoul Events which take place for a week on Corellia, Alderaan or Tatooine, there are actually 3 limited-time World Bosses that only spawn during the event. They are an easy kill and a small group of 6-8 players with 1 tank and 1 healer could kill them although more players certainly speed things up. As long as you have a Rakghoul Vaccine you’re good to go!
Each of these 3 World Bosses not only have a small chance at dropping Rakghoul Event currency, but have a guaranteed Pet drop for one lucky player! They respawn very quickly with a 10-15 minute timer so you and your group can kill them quite quickly.
The first worldboss, Plaguehorn is a zombified Reek that you can find in the Jundland Wastes of Tatooine, around X: 1200 Y: -1350. If you are lucky you will be given a miniature Plaguehorn Reek as a pet and the achievement <Collected the Plaguehorn Reek pet>.
The second worldboss, Shellshock is a zombified Shaclaw that you can find in the King’s Pass on Alderaan, directly north of the Spike and along the map border to the next zone. If you are lucky you will be given a zombified Lylek as a pet and the achievement <Collected the Plagueshard Lylek pet>.
The third worldboss, Toxxun is a zombified Narvaxx that you can find in Axial Park of Corellia, in the center of the park at the South-Eastern quadrant of the map, close by the Imperial Taxi zone. If you are lucky you will be given a Plaguetooth Sleen as a pet and the achievement <Collected the Plaguetooth Sleen pet>.
Unlike the other two bosses, Toxxun has a strong knockback that can throw you and deal heavy damage. It is easier to take him on in larger group sizes.
