During the later stages of Act 3 during the vanilla game in SWTOR, if you are playing as a Bounty Hunter you have the ability to flirt with Torian Cadera, or Mako as early as Hutta.

However if you choose to not flirt with either one but still upkeep their Companion Questlines, by the time you reach Voss both Mako and Torian independently approach the Bounty Hunter to express interest in the other, and after a little nudging you can set them up together. During this cutscene Torian will attempt to chat up Mako on his skills in Mandalorian culinary skills and they will talk about being together.
