Nemro’s Palace Cantina is probably host to the most easter-eggs per square inch compared to anywhere else in SWTOR. However the most direct reference to Star Wars itself can be found next to Morsel and a Bounty Hunter phase.

At a game table you can find the disembodied arms and head of a golden Protocol droid that has been dismembered by a very angry Wookiee sitting across from him. We can only assume that the wookiee was beaten in the game by the droid.
This is a direct and very non-subtle reference to the infamous ‘Let the Wookiee Win’ scene in A New Hope where Han Solo tells C3-P0 to let Chewbacca win in holochess ‘Dejarik’ aboard the Millenium Falcon on their way to Alderaan.
