Overview
The Observation Room is the second Story Quest available from Galactic Season 6 at level 15 in the Free Rewards track. The Quest requires ownership of the Copero Stronghold which is also unlocked at level 1 in the Free Rewards track.
You can also purchase access to this Story Quest from Jaliet the Season Rewards vendor for 1 Galactic Season Token.

The Observation Room Quest
Once you have claimed the Galactic Season Reward into your character’s inventory, right click the inventory item named ‘Galactic Season 6: The Observation Room’ to start the Story Quest. You will be asked to find Vagol Oss in your Copero Stronghold.
Make sure you have used the item Copero Stronghold Deed first, as you need to activate your Copero Stronghold before you can travel to it to find Vagol Oss. He can be found inside the first room to the East once you arrive at your Copero Stronghold.
I suggest completing the Quest: A Commemorative Introduction, which is the First Quest in the series of Galactic Season 6 Story Quests for the Copero Stronghold.

Once you locate Vagol he will tell you about his friend Cay Teenu who has recently left Coruscant and needs your Help. She can be found upstairs in the same room of your Copero Stronghold.
Locate Cay Teenu
Once you have finished talking to Vagol Oss, head upstairs and to the Left. There you will find Cay Teenu standing next to the West Wing door.
Talk to Cay Teenu and start the cutscene, she will ask you to travel the Galaxy to Tatooine, Alderaan and Rishi to scan creatures to help with her leftover research from Coruscant.
Scan Creature Families
Once you have completed the Cutscene, Cay Teenu will give you a special pair of scanners. You must now travel across the Galaxy to scan 5 Banthas on Tatooine, 3 Nerfs on Alderaan and 6 Orobirds on Rishi. The only dangerous planet is Tatooine so I suggest being at least level 24.
When you find a Creature, click on the Scanner highlighted on your Mission Tracker to scan the creature.

Tatooine Bantha Location
The Bantha’s can be found in 3 different locations in the Jundland Wastes, they are being closely guarded by level 20 Tusken Raiders so be careful.
The Closest Imperial Taxi or Quick Travel point is Outpost Rennar.
The Closest Republic Taxi or Quick Travel point is Outpost Largona.
There are 3 Bantha locations across Tatooine, when you find the right Banthas you have to be standing within 15 meters of one to use the Scanner. Scan 5 Banthas.
Once you have scanned 5 Bantha’s the Quest will update, you can now go to the other planets.
Alderaan Nerf Location
The Nerfs can be found in 1 location in the Juran Mountains on Alderaan, there are no hostile or enemy NPCs nearby so scanning them is safe.
The Closest Imperial Taxi or Quick Travel point is Outpost Talarn.
The Closest Republic Taxi or Quick Travel point is The House Trader’s Circle or House Alde.
There is 1 Nerf locations across Alderaan, when you find the right Nerf you have to be standing within 15 meters of one to use the Scanner. Scan 3 Nerfs.
Burly Mountain, Aging and Curious Nerf Calfs all count towards the Scanner progress.
Once you have scanned 3 Nerfs the Quest will update, you can now go to the other planets.
Rishi Orobird Location
The Orobirds can be found in 3 locations in the Sky Ridge Island on Rishi, there are some enemy NPCs nearby, you can avoid them easily if you are careful.
The Closest Imperial and Republic Taxi or Quick Travel point is the Rishi Village on the Island.
There is 3 Orobird locations across Rishi, when you find any Orobird you have to be standing within 15 meters of one to use the Scanner. Scan 6 Orobirds.
All kinds of Orobirds count towards the Scanner progress.
Once you have scanned 3 Nerfs the Quest will update, you can now go to the other planets or finish and return to Cay Teenu.
Return to Cayla Teenu
Return to your Copero Stronghold and head upstairs to Cayla Teenu. She will now ask you to find her missing friend Yshal on Nar Shaddaa who is in trouble. This next quest segment involves combat with level 25 enemies so be careful.
Cayla Teenu warns you that Yshal may be in danger on Nar Shaddaa. Travel to Nar Shaddaa and make your way to the High Security Lockdown area.
Yshal Location
Once you arrive on Nar Shaddaa, to find Yshal you must make your way to the High Security Lockdown zone found next to the Network Security District.
Republic Players can Quick Travel to the Alien Outreach Center or travel manually via Taxi.
Imperial Players can Quick Travel to the Network Security District or Taxi to the Upper Industrial Center and travel on foot.
If you do not have the Quick Travel points unlocked already, I suggest following the Quest Markers in game as they provide the fastest route.
When you arrive to Yshal you will be ambushed by two level 25 Gang enemies. They can attack and kill Yshal if you are not careful or do not kill them quickly.
Once the Gang member Ambush is defeated, stand very close to Yshal and target him. Click the button on your Mission Tracker to Give Comlink to Yshal.
Once you have given Yshal the comlink, you must go back to your Copero Stronghold and talk to Cayla Teenu.
If Yshal dies, click this datapad nearby. It will respawn Yshal and the two Gang members, you must defeat them before Yshal dies.
Return to Cayla Teenu Again
Once you have saved Yshal on Nar Shaddaa, return to your Copero Stronghold and talk to Cayla Teenu a final time to turn in the Quest.
Congratulations, you have completed the Galactic Season 6 The Observation Room Story Quest!
