SWTOR has a multitude of Black-Core themed lightsabers, however only Black-Core Green can be obtained from a Vendor in the game without requiring any PvP gameplay or Cartel Market purchases.

The Crystal comes in 2 varieties, both costing 4 Rakghoul DNA canisters each. These crystals are not bound by default so you may give them to your friends or sell them on the GTN.
Centurion, Resistance, Savage and Vehemence give+16 stats and require level 31 to equip.
Eviscerating, Hawkeye, Indestructible and War Hero give +41 stats and require level 50 to equip.

You can buy these crystals at any time from the Jawa named Jeelvic providing you have the currency. Jeelvic can be found during the Rakghoul Event wandering the HEROIC area at the far east of the Rakghoul Tunnels. Outside of the Event he can be found on both Republic and Imperial Fleet’s Cartel Bazaar hanging out with all the other event vendors.

Black-Orange Striated – Purchased from Cartel Market.
Black-Orange – Obtained as drops from HM/NiM raids or from PvP Vendor (Req: Valor 10 +10k).
Black-Red – Obtained as drops from HM/NiM raids or from PvP Vendor (Req: Valor 10 +10k).
Black-Red Striated – Purchased from Cartel Market.
Black-Purple – Obtained as drops from HM/NiM raids or from PvP Vendor (Req: Valor 10 +10k).
Black-Purple Striated – Subscriber Reward 2015.
Black-Pink – Purchased from Cartel Market.
Swashbucklers Black-Blue Striated – Ranked PvP Rewards Vendor – 20,000 Ranked Tokens.
Black-Blue – Obtained as drops from HM/NiM raids or from PvP Vendor (Req: Valor 10 +10k).
Black-Silver (Darksaber) – Ranked PvP Rewards Vendor – 12 PvP Tokens.
